Sizes
Sizing information for Godfrey, JL and Powerhouse can be found on their websites (see below for links).
We have found that the Godfrey gilet comes out slightly smaller than you’d expect, so if you are between sizes we recommend choosing the larger. In contrast their splash top seems to be quite roomy. JL make kit specifically for the individual so they like to know your height, weight, chest and waist measurements, as well as a general description of your body shape for example: “long legs + short body” or “top heavy”. If you’ve bought JL kit before then the previous size is also helpful. If it doesn’t fit then they say they’ll alter it for you.

Godfrey
Godfrey kit can be ordered online from our club page http://www.godfrey.co.uk/clubproductbrowse.php?selcat=160/
We will run batch orders, which allow you to take advantage of our bulk discounts on splash tops and gilets and share postage costs with other Club members who order at the same time. In that case the price usually applies to 2-11 items with postage of about £ 1 per item but if there are more or fewer orders then that can change. When you order you will be asked to provide your credit card details and you will be told the maximum cost (i.e. the cost if you were the only person to order), but the actual amount charged to your card will be the cost after taking into account any reductions for bulk orders and shared postage. That figure will of course be calculated after everyone's orders have been collated. To make sure that happens select the option to "Put my order on file to collate". Note that you will be asked to enter a delivery address - if you are ordering as part of a club batch the kit will be delivered to one of the Kit Secretaries, who will distribute it to you at the Boathouse. Instead of entering an address, type “Please deliver to Club Kit Secretary".
Alternatively you can choose to order individually. For items other than the gilet and splash top the price of the kit will be no different but you will bear the full postage cost. Simply select the option "Please send to me as soon as possible" and your kit will be sent directly to you as soon as it is ready. Note that if you choose that option you must enter a delivery address of your own.
JL and Powerhouse
JL and Powerhouse orders are collated by the Club Kit Secretaries. Order deadlines are notified by email to the Squad email lists. If you want to order from these suppliers, email the Kit Secretaries. Once they know how much to charge they will tell you and you can deposit your cheque, payable to "Cambridge 99 Rowing Club" in the Pink Kit Wallet on the Boat Club notice board. Please write the details of your order on the back of your cheque and do remember to include the sizes you want and specify whether they are men's, women's or children's sizes. Children's sizes are cheaper because they do not include VAT. For your order to be processed your must pay in advance and always before the order deadline.
